What is custom management software?

In 10 days we deliver the first working version of the system: the priority modules you chose are functional and usable by your team. Further modules are added in subsequent stages, always with support included.

How does pricing work?

The monthly fee is €97 all inclusive: hosting, backups, support, updates and bug fixes. A one-time setup fee is added, calculated on the complexity and modules chosen. The setup fee can be paid in instalments over several months.

Can I integrate the tools I already use?

Yes. Via API integrations we connect the system to your existing tools: third-party management software, e-commerce platforms, payment systems, couriers and much more. Data stays in sync without copy-pasting.

Is it accessible from multiple devices?

The management system is a web application: it runs on computers, tablets and smartphones from any browser, with nothing to install. You can set differentiated access levels for your team.

Does the system really belong to me?

Yes, fully. The source code is yours, the data is yours and you can take it elsewhere at any time. You are not locked in to us: if you ever want to change provider or developer, you have everything in your hands.
